Yao Xinmin, 64, has been a security guard (保安) at Central South University of Forestry and Technology in Changsha, Hunan since 2007. He provides far more than a wake-up call.
At that time, Yao was unable to believe his eyes when he saw students studying so hard in the classrooms. They were preparing for the exam for postgraduate (研究生) studies.
