学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)四年级下册第三单元，本单元主题是“weather” ，主要学习如何描述天气情况及合适的穿着的句型。四年级的学生有一定词句的积累和听说读写能力,具备了一定的思维能力,但仍然以形象思维为主。同学们在三年级的学习中已掌握This is...It's... Can you ... Is it ... 句型及其正确的答语。本单元主题是weather ,对学生来说这是一个新的话题，以前从没有接触过。单词及句型大部分都是新的，需要老师在教学时注意教学进度,观察学生的接受情况。通过展示不同天气状况的情景呈现本单元要学习的核心词汇和句型, 描述天气及温度的词,本节课的内容与生活贴近的天气,学生的学习兴趣较高,老师引入的话题容易,创设情境教学有助学生的理解。通过对话练习培养学生自主探究知识的能力、从而达到语用的有效输出。
二、单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题，深挖各课时话题。本单元要学习的核心词汇：cold, warm, cool, hot，sunny, windy, cloudy, rainy, snowy等 。在单元主题意义的引领下，以“Weather” 为主题，教师创设贴近学生学习生活的真实情境，设计层层深入的教学活动，带领学生通过观察、探究、体验等方式学习有关“如何描述天气情况及合适的穿着”等的交际用语。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A learncold, warm, cool, hotThis is the weather report. 语篇研读（附图）
本节课是对话篇， 本课时的主题意义是通过讲述John的父亲在外旅行,给John寄明信片谈论悉尼的天气与他的活动,爸爸想了解John在北京的生活,学生通过阅读明信片内容，了解明信片的基本格式,完成给John的父亲的回信。本课时的主体是天气的描述，巩固和综合运用本单元的核心词汇，通过读明信片， 给图片排序。Let's check训练听和观察的能力, Read and match图文连线，还有对词汇的敏感，最后再通过story time部分，Zoom 得知Zip 生病后想去大连看她, 但是Zoom在收拾行李的时候错把大理听成大连, 以为大连明天的天气会很暖,但是一下飞机Zoom因为太冷没穿厚衣服就感冒了。 从而把整个单元中的词汇句型连接起来， 在情境中运用词汇和句型。
教学过程
核心素养教学目标 学习能力目标： 能在音频和图片语境的帮助下， 学习听力题型和听力技巧。 有意识地运用所学字、词、句，培养“能听会说英语”的能力语言知识目标:能在图片和文本语境的帮助下，熟练运用本单元的核心单词和句型， 会熟读read部分并完成表格，大胆说英语。能用所学的句型所学短语和句型问答天气情况等， 并能就相关问题进行问答。能熟读story time部分故事思维能力目标： 能在教师引导下，能熟读read部分并完成表格，能通过所学的句型描述时间和该做的事情等， 并能就相关问题进行问答能听音抓住重点信息， 选出正确的图片文化品格目标：了解英语的语言表达，体会不同的语言魅力，促进心智发展。2.激发学生对语音、拼写的兴趣，从而喜欢学英语。
重点 复习本单元所学核心单词和句型， 能熟读read部分并完成回答问题任务， 运用所学词汇和句型，完成本单元check听力， 连线， story time等活动。
难点 能熟练运用所学单词和所学句型正确谈论天气情况等， 并能就相关问题进行问答等； 能完成check部分听力任务， 学习了解英语的听力题型和技巧。
