Activity 6: Read a poster about R2-D2 and summarize
R2-D2
R2-D2 was a white and blue model of R2-series astromech droid for the maintenance and repair of starships and related technology. It has a height of 1.09m.
As a skilled starship mechanic and fighter pilot's assistant, he helps his masters with repairs and technical assistance. Besides, he manages to make emergency repairs and destroy super battle droids himself.
Communicating only with chirps and whistles, R2-D2 is reliable and versatile. It has served Amidala, Anakin, and Luke in turn, showing great bravery in rescuing his masters and their friends from many serious dangers. Recognized for his service, R2-D2 is his human masters’ loyal helper and sidekick.
R2-D2 is one of the most famous robots of all time. He is funny, charming, universally loved. Why do we love him so Because R2-D2 is brave, loyal, and true to his friends.

Bug-Eye
Our robot is called “Bug-Eye” because it looks like a small bunny rabbit with big eyes. It is a consumer robot designed as a companion for children as many of them cannot have a pet.
Bug-Eye is small enough that it can fit in a schoolbag. And since it does not eat or drink anything it is easy to take care of.
Bug-Eye plays and does funny things. For example, if it hears a loud noise it makes a squeal and jumps in the air. Then when you pet it, it snuggles up to you and falls asleep.
Both children and their parents will love Bug-Eye. Children will love it because it is cuddly and does tricks, and parents will love it because it helps them protect their child.
What makes our robot unique is that —apart from being a toy, it can also keep young children safe. For example, if anyone tries to hurt their owner, it will bite them. One of its big eyes is a camera which is connected to a computer. That way the child’s parents can see what the child is doing. And with the built-in positioning system, they can also keep track of where their child is.
