命题分析:分析近年高考可以发现,应用文写作中以小短文形式为主。其主要有三个特:
介绍人或事物或活动内容。
2. 展示应用文的部分特色,如表达感谢、祝贺、推荐等。
2. 谈谈自己的看法和见解,如分析优势或不足,提出建议等。
解题秘籍:要想写好这类应用文,必须符合以下几个特征:
要点齐全、完整。
内容切题,不偏离主题。
句式丰富得体,词汇高级且拼写无误,标点符号运用正确。
脉络清晰,结构紧凑,连贯自然。
词数符合题目要求,不过多,不过少。
卷面整洁,书写美观。
易错点一:布局谋篇
秘籍:三段式写作模式可以迅速给阅卷老师一种结构完整、前后呼应的感觉。建议采用首段摆出观点或点明主题、二段提出论证或展开细节、三段总结或提出建议。如果结构布局错误则属于跑题类,易十分严重。
具体步骤如下:
提纲作文:第一段开门见山,交代某一现象的看法、观点或交代背景或提出要解决的问题。
第二段摆出事实或提出论据,或把事情的发展经过详细写出来。
第三段表达感受、提出建议或得出结论或理由。
图画作文:第一段描绘图画内容,提炼途欢的含义。
第二段针对图画所反映的现象发表看法。
第三段提出解决方案或提出倡议。
图表作文:第一段解读图表信息,抓住图表中的对比信息,如数据的上升与下降,最大数和最少数等。
第二段分析图表所反映的主旨或原因。
第三段提出建议或预测未来趋势。
易错点二:词汇选择
秘籍:高级词汇的运用可以起到画龙点睛的作用,为文章添彩加分。选词时遵循以下原则。
选词原则一:多实少虚原则
此处的“虚”,指过于笼统,显得虚幻的词。“实”则指表达意义具体化的词。

选词原则二:短语优先原则
使用短语比使用单个的单词显得句子更为饱满,使文章显得丰富而充满高级感。

选词原则三:高级词汇原则
书面表达中使用新颖的词汇传达通俗的信息也是的高分的一个关键因素。

秘籍:巧妙运用表达文章连贯性的过渡词,表达逻辑关系运用的连接词等。具体见如下:

易错点四:高级句式
书面表达中使用较为复杂的高级句式,可以给文章润色增分,使文章句式丰富多变。
非谓语 普通句:When I saw a car running towards her, I pulled her back. 高级句:Seeing a car running towards her, I pulled her back.
with复合 结构 普通句: When the sun lights brightly and the birds sing clearly, I went to school in high spirits. 高级句:With the sun lighting brightly and the birds singing clearly, I went to school in high spirits.
倒装句 普通句:Although we are tired, we are happy.
高级句:Tired as we are, we are happy.
强调句 普通句:At that time I realize that reading helped us get knowledge. 高级句:It was at that time that I came to realize that reading helped us get knowledge.
独立主格 普通句:Because weather was fine, many people went to climb the Western Hills. 高级句:Weather being fine, many people went to climb the Western Hills.
谚语 普通句:If you practice more, you will do well. 高级句:As the old saying goes, “Practice makes perfect.”
虚拟语气 普通句:Obviously, we should take some measures to solve the problem. 高级句:Obviously, it is high time that we took measures to solve the problem
复合句 普通句:I have a good command of English. It makes it easy for me to communicate with natives. 高级句:I have a good command of English, which makes it easy for me to communicate with natives.
