教学重点: Instruct students to obtain the meaning of key words. 2. Lead students to apply the words properly.
教学难点: 1. Guide students to understand the definition of the key words.
2. Let students obtain not only the usage of key words but also the significance of cultural exchange through a theme-based Newsflash.
教学过程
Building up your vocabulary: Think of a word that best fits each definition.
Complete the sentences with the correct forms of the words from the plete the sentences with the correct forms of the words from the box. [design purpose] Through reviewing the key words, filling in the blanks, students can build up their vocabulary and get more familiar with the meaning and usage of the key words in Unit 2, which lays a foundation for further application. Applying the vocabulary Replace the underlined parts with suitable phrase you have learned in this unit. 1. The staff in the hotel did their best to provide the guests with good service. I believe that Hahn must have gained a lot from university, including knowledge, determination, and insight.
