用法 例句
表示在过去某时或某时段内发生的动作或存在的状态，常带有过去的时间状语 I went to the swimming pool last Sunday.上个星期天我去了游泳池。Mr.Smith stayed in London for two months.史密斯先生在伦敦待了两个月。
表示过去的习惯性动作或状态，通常带有表示频度的状语 My friend Julie often helped me with my English in the past.我的朋友朱莉过去经常在我的英语学习上帮助我。
