Last weekend, I went to my first tea party. The tea party was at Aunt Jenny’s home. She made different cakes, such as English cakes, American cakes and chocolate cakes. All of them were delicious! I liked the chocolate cakes the most. There was coffee and Earl Grey tea at the tea party. My mum said that I was too young for coffee, so I tried Earl Grey tea. As I had never tried Earl Grey before, I didn’t know how to make it. I put a half cup of milk into my tea and tasted it. It was bad! Aunt Jenny looked into my cup and told me that I put too much milk into my tea. She made me another cup of Earl Grey, so I could go on enjoying my first tea party.
