I have many habits. There are some good habits and a few bad habits.
Good habits are very important. I always get up early in the morning. After brushing my teeth and washing my face, I have breakfast. Then I walk to school. I do well at school. I listen to the teachers carefully in class. After school, I get home on time. Sometimes I help my mother do some housework. But I have a few bad habits. I like watching TV right after school, and I finish my homework late. My bedroom is often messy because I always put my clothes and books on the bed. I shouldn't watch TV before finishing my homework. And I should keep my room clean and tidy.

My diet
A healthy diet is very important. I have a healthy diet. I have three meals on time every day.
I usually have some noodles for breakfast. For lunch, I usually have a lot of vegetables, some rice, some meat and fish. I always eat a little rice and a salad for dinner. Fruit is good for our body. So I eat some fruit every day. I also have a few eggs every week. Sweet food is nice, but it's not good for our teeth. I only eat a little at a time.

There are many traffic rules on the road.
