Unit 6 I’m watching TV . 单元整体教学设计
单元主题意义 本单元的主题属于“人与自我和人与社会”范畴。涉及到了“丰富、充实、积极向上的生活”以及“良好的人际关系和人际交往”。本单元的语言功能是谈论人们正在做什么,通过展现同一时间不同场景下人们正在做的日常活动,将学生们带入到谈论日常活动的话题中。让学生们能够学会与他人分享自己的生活,同时了解时区的差异。
单元教学目标 通过本单元的学习,学生能够: 目标a:听懂以日常活动为话题的听力材料。 目标b: 用现在进行时描述自己或他人正在做的事情。 目标c: 读懂介绍日常活动、中国传统节日庆祝活动的阅读材料。 目标d: 观察图片,合理推测人物活动,了解中国节日文化习俗,以书面形式描述自己或他人正在做的事情。 与核心素养的关系: 通过本单元话题的相关内容的学习,学生能够用现在进行时描述不同场景下人们正在从事的各项活动,并初步领会时间与地点对日常活动的影响和制约。 “时差”“出国留学”等相关信息对学生来说并不陌生,它们从地理课学习对时区、时差已有一定的理解,通过电视、网络等对出国留学这一社会现象具备一定的背景知识,尽管本文的词汇对学生来说并不难,但如何引导学生运用掐点给的阅读策略获取信息,将零碎的信息块状化,并引导它们体验和零五主人公的心情,最终使学生的思维品质和文化品格通过阅读获得提升是本文的难点。
整体教学思路及教学结构图 1.来源& 内容: 本单元是《新目标英语》系列教材之一Go for it !七年级下册的第六单元。本单元围绕 “谈论人们正在做的事”开展各种教学活动,学习现在进行时的构成、含义及问答,并掌握现在进行时中动词-ing的构成,同时复习一般现在时的问答。通过本单元的学习,学生能就发生的事做现场陈述,能用现在进行时描述图片上发生的内容,并具有初步的描述图片故事的能力。本单元旨在创造一个轻松、愉快的学习、交流环境,通过听、说、读、写来培养学生综合运用这些知识的能力。 2.纵向知识关联: 功能: 现在进行时的各种句型。 话题: 围绕我在看电视,谈论正在做的事情。 语言知识: 掌握本单元的单词和短语。 b.能用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。 能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配。 3.横向知识关联: (1 )本单元与七年级下册Unit 2 What did you do last weekend 以及八年级上册Unit 2 How often do you exercise 在话题上是相关都是有关activities . 但侧重点不同,本单元everyday activities 而七下U12 则是weekend activities .八上U2则是free time activities . 在语法上,本单元主要通过谈论同一时间人们正在做的日常活动来展现现在进行时的意义和用法,在七下第六单元还会进一步学习现在进行时。而在八年级下册Unit 5 What were you doing when the rainstorm came 则涉及了过去进行时的意义及用法。 教学结构图:

教材(语篇)分析: 【what】 本节课是一节听说课。 【why】 本课是本单元的第一课时,在整个单元中起着话题导入的作用。2a 2b主要训练学生通过听来获取细节的技巧,然后让学生通过分角色操练2b和2c的对话,亲身体验“打电话”,使其在真实的情景中初步运用所学语言结构。 【how】 1a-1c展示了日常活动的图片和大量的动作短语,通过创世“打电话”情景自然引出本单元的重点语法结构;2a-2c部分延续了“打电话”的情景,不仅谈论现在进行的活动,还过渡到两人协商并提出建议一起去进行某些活动。话题贴近学生的生活实际,能让学生通过听和说感悟一般现在时和现在进行时的使用语境及其用法。
学情分析: 自然情况 初一学生对英语普遍感兴趣。 (二)已有基础 但有很强的不稳定、好奇心强,求知欲旺盛,他们对于学习英语既感到好奇又感到担忧,希望能得到他人的认可。 (三)存在问题
听力练习对个别学生来说仍是个挑战。 (四)解决措施 教学活动中应尽量让他们参与活动中来,有更多的机会来说英语,较少他们的恐惧感,通过学生间的合作学习,降低他们的学习难度,使他们体验到成功的喜悦 。
教学目标: 通过本课学习,学生能够: 掌握现在进行时及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配如:doing (one’s)homework , watching TV , eating dinner等。(学习理解) 用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。 (应用实践) 学生通过使用目标语言谈论,充分利用学生已有的知识和生活经验,促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作。 (迁移创新)

The Present Continue Tense
1. 现在进行时态的概念:
a. 表示现在(说话瞬间)正在进行或发生的动作;
b. 还可表示当前一段时间内的活动或现阶段正在进行的动作。
句 型 结 构:
主语 + be + v. -ing +其它.
2. 构成及句型结构:
现在进行时由“助动词be (am, is, are) +动词-ing形式”
肯定式:主语 + am / is / are + 动词-ing +其他。
如:My mother is cooking dinner in the kitchen .
否定式:主语+ am / is / are + not + 动词-ing + 其他。如:My mother isn’t cooking dinner in the kitchen.
一般疑问句:Am / Is / Are + 主语 + 动词-ing + 其他
肯定回答:Yes, 主语 + am / is / are。
否定回答:No, 主语 + am not / isn’t / aren’t。

特殊疑问句:

何时使用现在进行时
现在进行时不同于一般现在时,通常在特定的情况下才使用。那么,什么时候使用现在进行时呢?
1表示现在正在进行的动作,时间状语为now时,通常用现在进行时。
如:Steve is playing soccer now.
2. 当句子的开头为Look!或Listen!等时,表明说话时动作正在进行,应该用现在进行时。
如:Look! They are swimming in the river.
3. 描述图片中人物的动作时,常用现在进行时,使画面更生动。如:
Look at the picture! The children are

4. 当句子前后的语境、时间等暗示动作正在发生时,也通常用现在进行时。如:
