（1）“It's been+一段时间+since+从句”意为“自从……以来已经有……时间了”，相当于“It has been+一段时间+since+从句”，其中It's是It has的缩写。例如：
It has been three years since I became a teacher.我当老师已经三年了。
（2）since在该句型中用作连词，意味“自……以来；从……以后”，since引导的时间状语从句常用一般过去时态，此时主句常用现在完成时态，且动词须用延续性动词。例如：
