People usually use their mouth and also some body language to talk with each other. When we have good news, we want to talk about it with our good friends and when something bad happens, we make it known to others soon. But do you know that trees can also talk about news with each other too Of course, no tree moves lips and says words just as people do. It may sound strange, but some trees really try to talk with each other in other ways.
Willows are the best-known of these trees. When insects begin biting (叮) a willow, the tree sends out a special smell at once. This smell tells the other willows that harmful insects are coming near. All of them quickly make a chemical (化学品) in their leaves. This chemical is bad for the insects. The insects do not like it and will fly away soon. In this way, the willows protect themselves from the insects.
The next time when you take a walk in the woods, maybe the trees are talking to each other quietly. How magical nature is!

Two years ago, I watched the film Everest, in which adventurers get stuck on the mountain during a snow storm. I immediately knew I had to start climbing. It's not the reaction most people have to that film; maybe I just needed more adventure in my life. But six months later, I climbed my first mountain, Mount Whitney, in California-North America's highest peak (顶峰).
In the summer of 2017, I decided to climb the highest peak in every European country. Growing up in Sweden, I was encouraged by my father to be outdoors all the time, but I wasn't a serious adventurer. I wanted to see if someone ordinary like me could climb mountains.
I didn't do any preparation for the first mountain in Europe, which was Mount Elbrus in Russia. It was exhausting, but I thought I would get fit climbing the rest, and I did.
Climbing mountains is an experience that is hard to put into words. You are in a beautiful environment and, when your each the top, you feel incredible (不可思议的). But you also have to climb down, which is when most accidents happen. I don't climb mountains that I am not ready for, but each one I climb takes me to the next step
I wanted to end the project at home, on Sweden's highest peak (2,097m) .It has two peaks: the north is rocky, and the south is icy. So alongside my camera assistant, I climbed both while wearing a superhero suit. It didn't feel as special as I'd hoped when I reached the top, but when I posted on Inst gram, people started congratulating me, I felt proud.
In total, I spent about ?50,000 (378,240yuan), which is double what I had planned, but I eventually climbed 61 mountains in Europe.
You have to work on your weak sides while climbing. I don't like not being in control, but you can not control anything on a mountain. It's made me a better person. When you're on a mountain for hours alone with your thoughts, it's like meditation (冥想). It makes you so much stronger, physically, and mentally.
My goal now is always to have a mountain in my calendar. One day I will climb Mount Qomolangma (known as Everest by the West) when I'm ready for it.

"I will think of it." It is easy to say this, but do you know what great things have come from thinking Though we can not see, or hear, or feel our thoughts, they have great power!
Isaac Newton was seated in his garden on a summer evening when he saw an apple fall from a tree. He began to think, and tried to find out why the apple fell. Then he discovered how the earth, sun, moon, and stars are kept in their places.
A boy named James Watt sat quietly by the fireside, watching the lid of the tea kettle as it moved up and down. He began to think. He wanted to find out why the steam in the kettle moved the heavy lid. From that time he went on thinking and thinking, and when he became a man, he improved the steam engine so much that it could, with the greatest ease, do the work of many horses.
James Ferguson was a poor Scotch shepherd boy. Once seeing the inside of his father's watch and he wondered, "Why should I not make a watch But how was he to get the materials out of which to make the wheels and the mainspring(钟表等的主发条) He soon found how to get them. He made the mainspring out of a piece whalebone. He then made a wooden clock which kept good time. He began, also, to copy pictures with a pen, and portraits(肖像)with oil colors. In a few years, while still a small boy, he earned money enough to support his father. When he became a man, he went to London to live. Some of the wisest men in England, and the king himself, used to attend his lecture. His motto was," I will think of it. "And he made his thoughts useful to himself and the world.
When you meet with any difficulty, don't lose heart. Try to think of it before asking someone to help you. Think, and by thinking you will learn how to think creatively.
