方法点拨
1.文章提到的细节问题较多，分别介绍了“你”的手、脚、头发、个子、眼睛、胳膊、腿等特征。这些特征都突出了成长和变化，也就是文章的题目:Growing and changing。所以应该选A。
2.文中三次提到了年龄:six months old,six years old, thirteen years old。问题中问的是“now”，也就是现在的年龄，故选B。
