学情分析:
初二学生身体与心理正处于快速发展阶段,怀有各种各样的梦想,但是还不太坚定,通过学习这一课,正好能激发学生对梦想的某种坚持,从而为梦想而奋斗。
该课学习中,我遵循“教为主导、学为主体、练为主线”的教育思想,设计了职业汇集、游戏练习、小组调查等环节,学生通过模仿对话、练习对话等各种语言的表现形式,让学生探讨如何实现理想,并根据自己实际,发奋努力,并为之奋斗。
通过出示名人图片、猜谜等形式来引导学生练习词汇、练习句型,学生对此熟悉,更利于激发学生学习英语的积极性。符合学生初中阶段的心理特点。
4、 授课中采取自主学习、合作学习为主的小组合作学习方式,落实“目标导学、自主合作、当堂达标”新课标理念。
效果分析
结合新课标评价理念,本着及时反馈,有效评价的原则,对效果分析如下。
知识目标达成度方面。即掌握关于职业的词汇,学生掌握词汇较好,但部分学生对单词的读法不熟。特别是学生练习对话时出错频率较高,也反映出,学生在学习新单词时,对新知掌握不熟,要加强单词读与记的高效率;句型方面,由于本节课以人物各种职业为导入点,学习新单词时就已经涉入新句型,再加上2人一组、6人一组等方式开展对话练习,学生练习量较大。从学生展示来看,总体情况较好。
学生参与率方面。利用图片学单词,句型问答较简单,学生能跟随老师大声读单词、操练对话,学生积极主动的配合老师完成相关任务,参与率较好。
学生合作探究方面。本节课采取同桌对话方式练习较多,在最后环节设置了6人一组的小组调查,通过对话练习,强化了学生口语,增强了小组集体荣誉感。
当堂检测方面.根据目标设置了基础题与拔高题。从回答问题来看,学生能较容易地完成题目,正确率较高,反馈效果好。
本单元主要功能话题为谈论职业理想,以及如何实现理想。词汇方面与上册I want to be an actor 有密切纵向联系。语法方面则与Will People Have Robots?有着横向联系。无论是词汇还是语法方面都起到了承上启下的作用。
本课时以“各种职业”为切入点,通过练习对话进一步学习了本单元的语法Be going to 一般将来时的用法。本课时的重点与难点是职业词汇与句型。遵循了用中学、学中用的原则,设计了职业名称词汇集、猜谜对话、小组调查等活动,设置这些活动的目的是强化句型练习,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。促进学生也心智发展,提升学生人文素养。

三、教学过程
Ⅰ Lead-in
1 介绍自己小时候想要从事的职业,询问学生们想要从事的职业,学生们看幻灯片,引导学生们进行问答自己将所喜欢的职业,复习前面学过的关于职业的词汇。

Ⅱ Presentation
1 播放幻灯片,展示一些职业的图片,引导学生们学习一些新的职业名词

本课时主要讨论的是人们将来的职业,学习将来时态。我在这节课的教授过程中,?通过大量呈现图片,生动的直观的向同学们介绍了各种职业单词,并创设了相应的情境,让他们相应的即时操练,提高学生对职业的认识,知识目标完成较好;根据目标展开对话教学,学生学习积极性较高,特别是小组合作方面表现较好;课堂环节方面,根据听说课的课型要求,重点加强了说与听的能力。学生在听力环节语速适中、连听2遍,正确率高,听起来比较容易。最后的课堂练习,学生掌握较好,但在最后的拔高题设置方面,可设计更有难度的题型,检验学生对本课的掌握程度。不足之处是由于时间关系,有些地方没有尽情的展开。所以,虽然调动了学生的积极性,却没有让广大的学生充分的参与。
新课程强调学生听、说、读、写综合运用能力,该课型为“听说课”注重说与听能力。
听力环节,要求学生能根据听力材料,跟随录音,在正常语速环境下,识别主题,听懂关键信息。
能引出话题,并进行简单的会谈。该课学习中,设置名人图片,询问职业,与学生简短交流,激发学生成才欲望。
在幻灯片帮助下,根据图片用简短语言来描述自己或他人经历。锻炼了学生综合运用语言的能力。
在教师指导下,积极参与角色扮演活动,锻炼学生积极与他人沟通交际能力,培养小组合作精神,增强集体观念。
