对于七年级的学生,他们保持好奇、活泼的特性,具有一定的思维能力,有自己的主见,不喜欢枯燥、乏味的东西。本单元以”The city of muisic” 为题,是学生非常感兴趣的一个话题,教材呈现的内容贴近学生生活,方便学生表达自己对音乐的认识和喜好。利用多媒体辅助教学课件这些趣味、新颖、生动、形象的东西往往更能激发他们的兴趣,提高他们的学习积极性。
效果分析:
一、通过本单元的学习能够了解有关音乐以及人物的介绍,掌握其细节内容,能够掌握人物介绍的基本方法。
二 、通过任务型课堂学习,学生的自主性得到加强,不再认为英语的学习很枯燥,主动参与到活动中去,成为课堂的主体。
三、差生对读后回答问题和测评练习做的不好。
教学设计:
Step1:Warming-up and Lead in
Give some pictures to the students. Let them watch and then talk about music.
Step2: Study the new words and expressions
musician, centre (=center), European, composer, century, elder, waltz, poor, perfect, piece, classical, another, dance music
Step3:Work in pairs.
Look at the pictures of Activity 1 and describe it. Use the words from the box to help my students.
