One day in class, the teacher held up an apple, stood at the front of the class and said, “Please smell the smell in the air!”
One student put up his hand and said, “I can smell it. It is the smell of an apple.”
The teacher stepped off the platform, passed by each of the students and said, “Smell again to see if the smell of the apple is still in the air.”
