that 引导的宾语从句
1. 当一个句子作宾语时,我们称之为“宾语从句”。
(1) 宾语从句的构成:引导词+主语+谓语+其他
(2) 宾语从句的语序:陈述语序
(3) 宾语从句的分类:that引导的宾语从句;whether/if引导的宾语从句;疑问词(what, how等)引导的宾语从句

2. that引导的宾语从句:当谓语动词表示肯定的概念,如“希望”、“相信”、“知道”、“说”或“认为”时,其后面的宾语从句一般用that引导。that没有任何词汇意义,只起连接作用,可以省略掉。
(1)常见的谓语动词有:say, hope, expect, hear, feel, wish, know等。
e.g. I hope (that) you’re in good health. 我希望你身体健康。
(2) 当谓语动词是 think, believe,suppose(猜想)等,从句的否定词要移到前面的主句中,所以叫做否定前移。
e.g. I don’t think (that) the girl can do the work alone.
我认为这个女孩自己做不了这份工作。
(3)用来引导宾语从句的形容词有: sure,certain,glad,please,happy,sorry等。
e.g. I’m sure it’ll be fantastic to see the city from the top.
