新课标 第一部分 单元教学设计总思路
学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)五年级下册第四单元，本单元学习的主题是“When is the art show”。本单元重点学习有关节日和生日的话题， 并将话题延伸到谈论节日和生日所在的日期。上个单元， 学生已经学习了12个月份的单词以及一些节日及节日所在的月份。本单元继续学习有关节日所在的具体日期和学习1~31的序数词和日期表达法。本单元是在复习以前学过的一些月份和部分序数词的基础上，注重学习具体日期的英语表达方式，学习序数词与基数词的转换规律。五年级学生已积累了一定的英语学习经验和语言知识储备，初步具备了运用所学语言知识进行简单交流的能力，能够根据学习进展对学习计划和策略进行调整，尝试找到适合自己的英语学习方法。此外，关于节日、生日、活动的话题也较贴近学生的生活实际，是学生乐于参与学习、讨论的话题。五年级的学生活泼好动、对新话题充满兴趣，喜欢表现自我，勇于挑战，他们对本单元的话题并不陌生，这些节日和活动在校园生活中和家庭生活中时常发生。在进行本单元的教学过程中，应该有意识地帮助学生体会并表达自己喜欢的节日和活动，培养学生热爱集体、孝敬长辈、关心家人、热情好客等行为品质，提高学生的跨文化交际能力和综合语用能力。
二、单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题，深挖各课时话题。本单元要学习的核心词汇first(1st), second(2nd), third(3rd), fourth(4th), fifth(5th)，twelfth(12th), twentieth(20th), twenty-first(21st), twenty- third(23rd), thirtieth(30th)等 。在单元主题意义的引领下，以“节日和生日” 为主题，教师创设贴近学生学习生活的真实情境，设计层层深入的教学活动，谈论节日和生日所在的日期。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A learnfirst(1st), second(2nd), third(3rd), fourth(4th), fifth(5th)When is the.. . 本节课是对话篇， 本课时的主题意义是通过通过Mike和陈洁谈论生日的情景，引出询问生日的句型When is .. birthday It is on...，引出询问生日的句型When is...’s birthday It’s on +具体日期。通过语篇学习生词和句型,感受上述句型和词汇的语义和语用情景。认识序数词在日期中的表达,学习具体日期的英语表达方式。在role play环节通过小组活动。从而激发学生在真实的语言情境中来询问和表达某个活动的日期。让学生感知本节课句型的语义及语用情景。要求学生在语境中能用-When is ...’s birthday It’s on ...询问并能进行相关回答。
