教学重点： 1. Get to know how to ask and answer questions about the time. 2. Get to know how to use adverbs of frequency. 教学难点： 1. Students may find it difficult to use “when” and “what time” when asking questions. 2. Students may find it difficult to use adverbs of frequency correctly.
教学过程
Step 1: Revision 1.1 Use the main picture to review what time Rick does certain things. Ask the following questions to review “What time” questions and” When”-questions. --What time does Rick often get up --He often gets up at six thirty. --When does Rick usually take a shower ---He usually takes a shower at six forty. 1.2 Suppose you were a school reporter, you want to interview your classmates’ and schoolmates’ daily routines, what will you ask Maybe the questions in Grammar Focus are of vital importance. Step 2: Presentation Work in groups of four and discuss the following questions. question 1：what time和when都是用于提问时间，它们的回答有何不同？ question 2：频度副词(usually, always, never)与动词的位置有何关系？ question 3：在特殊疑问句中，单数第三人称(he, she)和其他人称在助动词形式上有什么差异？ question 4：在答语中，单数第三人称(he, she)和其他人称在实义动词形式上有什么差异？ Step 3: Presentation 3.1 Read the questions and answers in Grammar Focus to know the difference between “when” and “what time”. 3.2 Summarize the difference between “when” and “what time”.
