教学内容
教学重点: Review the words and sentences of giving directions and describing the location. Improve students’ writing skill. 教学难点: Improve students’ writing skill by write a passage of the neighborhood with the target language
教学过程
教学步骤课堂活动学生活动设计意图Step 1 Lead-in Greeting. T asks students to say something about the names of the buildings in Cindy’s neighborhood. T asks students to fill in the blanks with the prepositions of place to show the location in Cindy’s neighborhood, and review there be structure ( Self-check Ex. 2 ) . T asks students to look at the picture and say how to get to the Park. 观察图片并用there be句型描述建筑物位置。 描述地图路线。 利用造句和表达练习引导学生复习所学句型,为写作打好铺垫。Step 2 Pre-writing T asks Ss to do the task Ex.1 in Self-check. T asks Ss to read Ex.1 in Self-check to find out the activities Cindy does. T asks Ss to finish task in 3a-- Look at the map of Cindy’s neighborhood and fill in the blanks. T asks students to Read the passage and find out the structure according to the questions of 3b. T asks Ss to finish task in 3b-- Draw a map of your neighborhood and write about it. These questions may help you. T gives a sample to analyse the structure and contents in each part T uses the four squares to help students to organize the writing structures and help student to know what to write in each paragraph.完成书本Self-check, Ex.1 部分的任务 完成书本3a部分的任务。 完成书本3b部分任务。 阅读文章,找出结构。 跟随老师一起用四宫格法组织文章结构,找出每段书写内容。在写作前,让学生梳理清楚基本要求并审清题目。 根据文本材料回答关键信息,找出写作思路,出示句型模板帮助学生理解和应用,以读促写,以说促写。 通过四宫格写作法,使学生更明确的掌握书写结构和内容。 Step 3 While-writing T leads students to think about the specific content and sentence structure of each paragraph. T shows the writing structure and asks students to follow the prompts to complete their article. 教学反思: In the last period, the teacher should use the exercises in Self Check to help the students review the target language and at the same time, we must encourage them to make full use of what they’ve learned in this unit. In order to enhance the students’ cooperation spirit, the teacher must get them to practice conversations in pairs. Besides, the teacher should ask students to do exercises to improve their learning skills.
