A Simple Man of Great Achievement
Albert Einstein was probably the most brilliant scientist of the twentieth century. Born in Germany on March 14, 1879, Albert Einstein was a great scientist.
By the time he was 14 years old, he had learned advanced math all by himself. Later, he studied in Switzerland. In 1905, he received a doctor's degree and began his research and studies which led to a new discovery. In 1921, he won the Nobel Prize for physics. Besides his work in physics, he also worked hard for human rights and progress. All through his life, he led a simple life. He was fond of music but cared little for money and fame.
He has made great contributions to the world, making him one of the greatest scientists. We can learn a lot from him.
3. Discussion
T: Nobody can make a success without any efforts. From Yuan Longping, Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein , what have you learned? Have a discussion with your partner.
