学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)六年级下册第四单元,本单元学习的主题是“Then and now”。本单元的学习主题是谈论过去和现在的变化,学生学习、理解和运用一最过去时、 一般现在时和一般将来时三种时态描述事物和人物的变化。本单元通过不同的场景,引导学生感受变化无处不在,感受自身的变化,感受社会的变化。引导人要积极应对变化,享更变化。 本单元内容的教学对象是六年级学生,他们已经具备一定的听、说、读、写能力。经过三年多的英语学习,他们在课堂上基本能够听懂老师的提问,能够根据图片提示获取关键信息,能进行简单的对话表达。六年级的学生已经掌握并能灵活使用大量动作词组、形容词,他们在前两单元已经接触过比较级、一般过去式的用法,并能有意识从多个维度去描述学校、自己或者身边的人。但是学生的词汇量有限,对于六年级的学生来说,提出保护地球的建议存在一定的难度,而本单元的重点则是引导学生通过事物、人物的今昔对比,呈现不同的变化。引导学生积极看待自己以及身边的变化,从而认识自我、完善自我以及丰富自我,了解世界的变化,为守护地球家园做力所能及的事情。
二、单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题,深挖各课时话题。本单元要学习的核心词汇gym, dining hall, grass,…years ago, last year, …months ago, last months,go cycling, ice-skate, play badminton等词汇 。在单元主题意义的引领下,以“Then and now” 为主题,教师要注意设计生活化,充分利用教材已经设定的情境开展活动,帮助学生在合作学习中和任务型学习中正确表达所学句型。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A learngym, dining hall, grass,…years ago, last year, …months ago, last monthsThere is/are ...There was/were...学习3个核心词汇和一般过去时时间状语1课时学习核心词汇的音形义, 会用所学词汇和句型描述现在和过去存在的事物A talkstar, easy, look up, Internet1.The Americans took about five days to get there in 1969.2.I looked it up on the Internet. 3. 语篇研读(附图)
本节课是对话篇, 本课时的主题意义是通过Wu Binbin的梦境展开学习。Wu Binbin和爸爸以及Max有一场赛跑,但是Wu Binbin跑得不快,他非常担忧,Robin 给他喝了一瓶水后感觉好多了,他在第二场比赛中跑得跟猎豹一样快,他马上就要赢得比赛了,突然他绊倒摔了下去,他醒了,原来这就是一场梦,他跟妈妈分享了他的梦境,妈妈也跟Wu Binbin分享了她的一个好梦。从而激发学生在真实的语言情境中来运用一般过去时描述过去某件事及感受体验等等。让学生感知本节课句型的语义及语用情景。能根据课文给图片排序,补全对话,并模仿描述自己的梦等。
教学过程
核心素养教学目标 学习能力目标: 能在音频和图片语境的帮助下, 学习听力题型和听力技巧。 有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“能听会说英语”的能力语言知识目标:能在图片和文本语境的帮助下,熟练运用本单元的核心单词和句型, 通过阅读课文,并根据课文内容完成相应的问题, 大胆说英语。思维能力目标: 能在教师引导下,能够读懂课文的内容,能运用所学句型回答相应的问题能听音抓住重点信息给图片排序文化品格目标:了解英语的语言表达,体会不同的语言魅力,促进心智发展。2.激发学生对语音、拼写的兴趣,从而喜欢学英语。
重点 能够听懂和运用本单元的核心单词和句型并完成对应的练习。
难点 能熟练运用过去时态和动词过去式对过去的梦境,过去某个时间里发生的动作或状态进行正确的描述等; 能完成check部分听力任务, 学习了解英语的听力题型和技巧。
