教学目标:
1.知识目标:听说读写telephone, ring, bell, bark, arrive等生词,并能正确使用;学习目标语句He is playing the suona,but the telephone rings.
2.能力目标:熟练掌握当某人正在干某事时突然被打断的表达,学会运用句型:He is playing the suona, but the telephone rings.
3.情感目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣及运用英语交流的热情,使学生在学习中建立自信,提高学生参与语言活动的积极性。
重点难点:
教学重点:新单词和新句型的讲授。
教学难点:现在进行时、一般现在时等多种时态的综合运用。

教学过程:
Step1.Warm up and lead in:
Greeting.
Show some pictures and have a revision.
引导学生区分play 的用法“play +球类游戏,play+the+乐器”
Listen and chant.Then answer “What are they doing ”
Teach the new words “bell, ring, bark”引导学生学说韵句。
4. Listen and repeat.
Step2. Task presentation
介绍本课的学习任务:当某人正在做某事的时候,被另一件突然发生的事情打断。评价机制,男女生进行大比拼。
Step3. New teaching
1. Listen and answer: What is Daming doing
Ss: Daming is playing the suona./ Daming is having a birthday party.进行板书
2. When Daming is playing the suona, he is interrupted three times.帮助学生理解课文内容。
Open books ,listen again and choose the answers.
3. Teach the new words “telephone, arrive”. Learn to say the new sentences and practise to say the drills. 进行板书。
4. Listen and read after the tape. Then try to fill in the blanks.
5. Try to retell the whole text in groups.
6. Summary: 引导学生观察板书,并进行思考,发现了什么规律。
Step 4. Practise.
1. Show some pictures and make some sentences.
2. Read and write.
3. Read the article and choose T or F.
Step 5. Task completion
1. Game:利用评价机制,同桌任意选择两张图片并运用新句型”I am doing...,but...”造句。
2. 小组合作:小组成员观察另一小组成员正在做的事情,并用现在进行时和一般现在时描述场景。
3. Writing. 描写你身边发生的有趣的事情。

But Wangfei ...s/es.
It’s very funny.
