专题：冠词
冠词是一种虚词,常放在名词前面，帮助说明名词所指的人或事物的含义。冠:词本身不能单独使用,在句子中一般不重读。冠词分为不定冠词(a/ an)和定冠词(he)两种。
不定冠词a,an 通常泛指同类事物中的某一个。其中a用在以辅音音素开头的单词前,an 用在以元音音素开头的单词前。
注意:这里所说的辅音和元音指的是发音,而不是字母。
a/ an 的用法
用法 示 例
表示类别,泛指某一类人或物。 A horse is bigger than a mouse.马比老鼠大。
泛指同类中的任何一个,意为“某一”。 A man is looking for you.一个人正在找你。
表示数量“一”,相当于 one,但语气不如one强烈。 I have a mouth, a nose and two eyes我有一张嘴、一个鼻子和两只眼睛。
用来指一类人或事物中的任何一个，相当于 any。 I want lo buy an English book.我想买本英语书。
表示单位,有“每一”的意思。 The car runs 100kilometres an hour这辆车每小时跑100 公里。
用于固定搭配的词组

用在上文提到的人或事物之前。 This is my book. The book is in my bag. 这是我的书。这本书在我的包里。，
用在世界上独一无二的事物前。 The earth moves round the sun. 地球绕着太阳转。
用在表示乐器名称的名词前。 He is playing the piano. 他正在弹钢琴。
用在娃氏的复数形式前,表示夫妇或一家人。 the Greens 格林夫妇/一家人
用在序数词前。 Our classroom is on the first floor. 我们的教室在一楼。
用在普通名词构成的专有名前。 the Great Wall 长城 the Children's Palace 少年宫
用在形容词前表示一类人或事物。 the old 老人 the young 年轻人
