① 主语+am/is/are+其他.
② 主语+动词原形/动词单数第三人称形式(+其他).
(2)标志词:
often, always, never等频度副词;once a year, twice a month等表示频率
的词组;on Sunday, every day等时间状语。
(3)用法:
① 表示事实、现状或经常性、习惯性的动作。
② 表示普遍真理、客观存在或科学事实。这种用法若出现在宾语从句中,
即使主句是一般过去时,从句也要用一般现在时。如:

③ 在时间状语从句和条件状语从句中遵循“主将从现”原则。
④ 当if引导的条件状语从句的主句是以do, let, don't, never等开头的祈使

【探究】(1)表示时间时,介词on常用来表示在具体的某一天或星期几,

点,即“在几点几分;在某一时刻”。at还可以用在at night, at weekends, at

(2)名词所有格的用法:名词所有格表示“……的”,可在句中作定语修
饰名词,也可用在句末作表语。
注意:(1) 表示“店铺”“某人的家”“诊所”“办公室”的名词所有格后, 一
般省去被修饰的表示地点的名词。如:at the doctor's (在诊所); go to
my uncle's(去我叔叔家)。
(2) 一些具有名词性质的复合不定代词(如:someone, everybody等)
和else连用时,'s应加在else后。如:somebody else's pencil别人的铅笔。
(3) 有些表示时间、距离、重量等无生命事物的名词后,也可加's构成
所有格。如:a day's work; five minutes' walk。
(4)名词所有格也可以用来构成不同的节日,如:Children's Day儿童节;
Women's Day妇女节;Teachers' Day教师节;Father's Day父亲节;
Mother's Day母亲节;New Year's Day新年。
(5)双重所有格用“of+'s”表示,如:a friend of my mother's。
