(1)awake在句中用作表语，作定语通常后置。

(2)awake与介词to连用时可表示“意识到, 明白”。

excitement(n.)由动词excite+后缀-ment构成。类似的词还有 achievement（成就）；development（发展）等。

（4）fall over 摔倒；倒下；fall over something 被某物绊倒。

die v. “死，去世”，表示生命的结束，是不及物动词，强调的是瞬间动作，不能与表示一段时间的状语连用。die可以用于进行时态，be dying意为“奄奄一息的；濒死的”。
