Language points
search和search for都是“搜寻、搜查”的意思。search是及物动词，意思是“搜查”或“搜身”，后面直接跟“被搜的对象”；search for则强调有目的, 当后面接人时, 是“寻找”的意思。

It’s a shame.是一种常见的口语表达，表示一种不如人愿的情形，相当于汉语中的“真遗憾，多可惜啊。It’s a shame...后还可接不定式或由that引导的从句。
shame还可表示“（因做错事而感到的）羞愧；惭愧”。
It’s a shame that you have to leave so soon.

regard作动词，意为“将......认为；把......视为”。regard … as … 将......视为......；把......当做......。
I regard you as my best friend.
我把你当做我最好的朋友。
5. According to Zhong Wei, however, some things will never change. 然而，在钟伟看来，有些事情永远不会改变。
according to “依照，按照”，to为介词，后接名词、代词。
He divided them into three groups according to age.
