My favourite story is Waiting for Rabbits. Let me tell you the story. Once upon a time, there was a farmer. One day, while he was working in the field, he saw a rabbit hitting a tree by accident. The poor rabbit died right away. He was surprised and happy to get a free meal. He thought that he could have more rabbits if he waited by the tree. So instead of continuing his farming work, he sat by the tree and waited for more rabbits day after day. However, no more rabbits came. And without care, his crops all died in the end. The story reminds/tells us that doing anything must be step by step, there is no unearned thing in the world. we must study hard to make our dreams come true instead of having a day dream.

The story I’d like to share with you is Yu Gong Moves the
Mountains. Once upon a time, there was a very old man. There were two mountains near his house. They were so high and big that it took a long time to walk to the other side. The old man told his family that they should all help him to move the mountains. They could put all the earth and stone from the mountains into the sea because it’s big enough to hold everything. So they all digging the next day. One day, a man saw Yu Gong and his children when they were working on moving the mountains.
He told Yu Gong that he could never do it because he was old and weak. As soon as the man finished talking, Yu Gong said that his family would continue to move the mountains after he died. So Yu Gong and his family kept on digging day after day and year after year. Finally, a god was so moved by Yu Gong that he sent another two gods to help take the mountains away.
