There be句型是初中英语的一个重要句型，接下来，我们就从there be句型的就近原则、否定句、一般疑问句、特殊疑问句来分别突破。
一、关于there be句型的就近原则。
There be + 某物 / 某人 + 某地，表示“某地有某物或某人”。
be动词单复数形式要跟there be之后的第一个主语保持一致，如果第一个主语是单数或不可数名词用is，如果第一个主语是复数用are。
例如：There is an apple and three bananas in the basket. 篮子里有一个苹果和三个香蕉。
又如：There are three bananas and an apple in the basket. 篮子里有一个苹果和三个香蕉。
例如：There are some people having a good time in the park. 公园里有一些人正玩的开心。
又如：There is only a little water in the bowl. 碗里只有一点点水了。

关于there be句型的否定形式。
规则：将there be句型变为否定句，在be词后面加not，some 变any。
例如：There is a knife in the kitchen.——There is not\isn't a knife in the kitchen.
又如：There are five apples on the tree.——There are not \ aren’t five apples on the tree.
例如：There is some milk in the bottle.——There is not \ isn’t any milk in the bottle.
注意：There be 否定句型中的 not any 与 no 可以互换。not any 强调一个都没有。
1、There are not any books in the bag. = There are no books in the bag.
2、There are no students in the classroom. = There are not any students in the classroom.
3、There is not any milk in the bottle. = There is no milk in the bottle.
三、关于there be句型的一般疑问句。
规则：将there be句型变为一般疑问句，is / are要提前，some 变any，其他都不变。
例如：There is a radio on the desk. —— Is there a radio on the desk
又如：There are some shoes under the bed. —— Are there any shoes under the bed
There be句型的一般疑问句的回答：
肯定回答：Yes ,there is.\ Yes , there are.
否定回答：No , there isn’t . \ No , there aren’t.
