1. understand what present perfect tense is and grasp the structure; 2. use already and yet correctly in present perfect tense; 3. distinguish the present perfect tense and past simple tense; 4. use different kinds of tenses properly in a complex context.

教学重点: Can use Present Perfect Tense correctly and grasp the structure; Can use different kinds of tenses properly in a complex context.
教学难点: 1.Differences between Present Perfect Tense and Simple Past Tense .
教学过程
Step1:Free talk 1.Ask students to talk about the following questions in a group: Do you often read English books What classic books have you already read What’s it about And what’s it like 2.Give a report like this: In my group, I have read….I think it's very....It's about... … has already read … . He/She thinks it's very....It's about... … has already read….He/She thinks it's very....It's about... We all think … is the best of the 4 books. We hope everyone can enjoy reading the book. Step2:Presentation Ask students to read the sentences in grammar focus aloud and think about 2 questions:(1)What is the structure of present perfect tense (2)What adverbs are often used with it 通过观察句子,得出现在完成时态的构成以及常用的标志词 3 3.语法讲解:现在完成时 用法:表示过去发生或已经完成的某一动作对现在造成的影响或结果。表示动作或状态从过去某一时间开始,一直持续到现在,而且可能还要继续下去。 结构: 肯定句:主语+have/has + 过去分词 +其他. 否定句:主语+have/has +not + 过去分词 +其他. 一般疑问句:Have/Has +主语+过去分词+其他 回答:—Yes, 主语+have/has. —No,主语+ hasn’t/ haven’t. 现在完成时与一般现在时的区别: 用法不同:一般过去时只表示过去的动作或状态(不涉及现在);现在完成时表示过去发生的事情对现在造成的影响或结果(与现在有联系)。 动词过去分词的变化 规则变化: a. 一般在动词词尾直接加ed。如:stay → stayed → stayed; work → worked → worked; 出处:21教育名师】 b. 以不发音的e结尾的动词后面加d。如:like → liked → liked; taste → tasted→ tasted; c. 以“辅音字母 + y”结尾的动词,变y为i,再加-ed。如:study → studied → studied;copy→ copied → copied d. 词尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节动词,要双写辅音字母,再加-ed。如:stop → stopped → stopped; drop → dropped → dropped 不规则变化: 需要根据书本P136-137进行背诵记忆 Step3. Practice Task 1: Work on 4a. Use the words in brackets to complete the conversations. 注意句子时态的关键词,如just, yet, already, this morning, not yet等。 Task 2:Work on 4b. Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the words in the brackets. 先通读短文了解大意,在完成过程中找出决定时态的关键词, 关注动词的变化形式。 Task 3:Work on 4c. Complete the chart with information about you and your friend.
