A. 回答问题
As a teacher, you need to create rules for your class. There must be
some rules in your class, but how can you make your students want to
follow them?If you have difficulty in it, why not try letting your students
join in the process of making rules? Here are steps about how to do it.
First, you should make a list of the key points that you think are
important. The following list is a good example.
★Treat others in the way you would like to be treated.
★Respect all your teachers and classmates.
★Laugh with anyone, but laugh at no one.
★Pay attention to your own learning.
★Come to class on time.
★Hand in your homework on time.
And then, through thoughtful discussion, work with your students to
create a set of rules expressed in words. Try to make those points clearer
and more specific(明确的). The reason for this is that it’s too hard to
remember a long list! The next step is to decide with your students what
kinds of punishments will be given for breaking those rules.
Finally, choose a special class to tell your students these rules. You can
discuss each rule, explain the idea behind it, and list examples of how it
could be broken with them. This step is very important, because it can call
students’ attention to the rules. Putting up the rules on the wall of the
classroom is a good idea to remind students to follow them.

First of all, we should wear school uniforms and get to school on time
on school days. Secondly, we are not allowed to eat anything in class or
take mobile phones to class. Thirdly, we are not allowed to run in the
hallways. What’s more, we need to keep our classroom clean and tidy. So
the classroom must be cleaned every day. Lastly, as middle school students,
we should be strict with ourselves and do our homework by ourselves.
Although the class rules are strict, I think they are good for us.

enable them to do a lot of things. Some parents think giving their children mobile phones convenient because they can get in touch with their children. Some teachers think using mobile phones is a distraction(分心的事) to students during school hours and that mobile phones also give them much trouble in their classrooms. They keep using mobile phones for more than ten hours a day.
Many teachers suggest that students should not have phones at school, but if there is a good reason, they can leave their phones at the school office. Many people think they understand why parents want their children to have them, but they agree that the school should let the students know when they can use their mobile phones.
