单元主题意义 本单元的主题属于“人与社会”范畴。本单元能在街上问路并给别人指路,可以友好地询问他人路线,并热心的给出路线。
单元教学目标 通过本单元的学习,学生能够: 目标a:感知问路指路的表达,获取和梳理阅读文本中心思想;获取听力文本里面的路线信息。 目标b: 日常交际中得体地问路和指路,熟练应用各种方位介词。 目标c: 可以自己介绍街区周围的情况,包含位置、最喜欢的地方和如何到达等。 与核心素养的关系: 通过本单元话题的相关内容的学习,学生能够在各种语言实践活动,通过听说读看写活动中,通过听说读看写等训练,准确获取问路,指路信息,学会与人探讨、交流和表达自我观点和看法,进行合理推测,有逻辑、辩证地、创新性表达个人看法,实现知识与思维能力的迁移。
整体教学思路及教学结构图 1.来源& 内容: 本单元是《新目标英语》系列教材之一Go for it !七年级下册的第八单元。主要围绕问路和指路,以及描述建筑物间的空间位置关系展开交际活动。学习的词汇主要是生活场所各个建筑物的名称,及其基数词与序数词,并进一步掌握方位介等;语法为用介词描述位置;句型是where引导的特殊疑问句和Is there... 句型等。通过本单元的学习,学生要学会阐述某一场所中各个建筑物之间的位置关系,同时能利用地图向他人介绍自己所居住的社区,并能够识别简单的路线图。 培养学生在实际生活中辨别方向的能力,养成热心助人的品质。 2.纵向知识关联: 功能: 能在街上问路并给别人指路。 话题: 街坊邻里 语言知识: 可以掌握截取上标志性建筑的说法,掌握there be句型和where引导的特殊疑问句,掌握多样的方位介词短语。 b.能通过快速浏览将图文信息进行匹配;再听到过程中可以将所获取的路线指引信息转换为视觉图形。 c 可以根据图片预测听力内容,可以通过速读快速掌握文章大意并进行图文匹配。 d.了解在日常交际中如何得体的运用英语语言想别人问路和指路。 3.横向知识关联: (1 )从内容上看,七年级上册U4这一单元中提到方位介词,这会自然而然地谈到方位介词,这是七下U7的内容在其他话题中的应用。 (2)九年级U3问路指路的相关句型,二者都是问路指路的学习,但内容上有拓展。 教学结构图:

教材(语篇)分析: 【what】 本节课是一节阅读课。 【why】 本课的教学活动以阅读训练为主,通过阅读进一步巩固所学语言,为下节课输出性写作活动做铺垫。【how】 2a是对话练习,2b-2c是短文阅读部分,这一部分图文并茂,展现了三个学生所居住的社区,阅读材料再现了本单元的重点词汇、语法和功能项目,内容丰富,便于帮助学生获得相关知识。
学情分析: 自然情况 经过前面三个课时的学习,学生已经基本掌握本课时的各种用法。 (二)已有基础 学生的积极性很高。
(三)存在问题
但是语言基础仍然薄弱,语言的拓展运用能力较差,由于学生所学词汇有限以及平时的阅读训练不是很充分。 (四)解决措施 教师在课堂设计时应发挥其优势,设计有趣的课堂任务引导学生进行自主学习和语言实践,渗透学法,指导阅读,提高阅读能力。
