学情分析
我们班的学生都来自农村,特点是优生少,差生多;主动学习的少,被动、应付学习的多;家长关心学生少,督促监督学习的更少。加上缺少语言环境,需要背诵的东西多,所以我们班的孩子英语总体情况不太理想。
就这节课来说,到了九年级的下半学期,基础好的学生已经能够掌握了基本的英语学习方法,有了一定的词汇量,能够用英语表达自己的想法,但是语言应用缺少灵活性。针对学生的实际情况,我采取以下措施:
一、抓住课堂45分钟
抓住课堂,调动大部分学生参与的积极性,提高课堂教学的效度。三个模块的教学,即新授课程、巩固练习、当堂反馈,目的就是让更多的学生参与到课堂的学习上,及时的帮助学生解惑答疑,做到不放弃任何一名后进生,面向全体学生。
二、抓住早读和晚自习
农村的中学有早读和晚自习,那我们就利用现有的教材,要求学生背诵课文、单词,坚持每天听写学过的单词、短语和词组。培养学生每天复习英语的习惯,对于学习特别困难的学生适当降低要求,不打消他们学习英语的积极性。
三、提高素质,培养能力
关于听、说、读、写这些能力题,我们利用早读进行训练,尤其是写作,保证每周一节课的时间当堂练习,惊醒技巧训练和解题方法的指导。阅读也要求要当堂限时阅读。争取面向全体学生,全面提高学生的听、说、读、写的能力。
效果分析
通过这节课的学习,学生能够在实际语言环境中进行交际和运用。孙老师用多媒体课件的形式为学生呈现了《地球之歌》的视频,是学生深受感染。围绕图片展开了对环境保护的交流和讨论,使学生接受起来既有趣又轻松。
六七个学生为一小组围坐在一起上课,边学习边讨论。将整堂课交给了学生,大大提高了学生学习的自主性和积极性充分体现了以学生为主体的教学思路。本节课通过这种学习形式,也进一步证明了发挥学生主动性的重要性。同学们激烈的讨论,既锻炼了英语口语交际能力,也增强了学生学习英语的兴趣和信心。
在情感方面,学生在各种问答中,潜移默化,自然而然地培养了环境保护意识。

本目前九年级使用的英语教材,是人民教育出版社的《义务教育课程标准实验教科书英语(新目标)系列教材之一。它采用任务型语言教学模式,融会了话题、交际功能和语言结构形成了一套循序渐进地深化的学习程序。本书共有15个单元和3个复习单元。供九年级全年使用,其中每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能与语言结构以及需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,展开目标句型,提供部分示例和指导性练习;B部分是知识的扩展和语言的综合运用;每个单元还附有SELF CHECK部分,供学生用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识,使学生对学过的目标句型运用自如。该教材摒弃了统治我国外国语教学领域多年的灌输式和机械的语法翻译教学方法,把直接法,听说法等教学方法有机地柔和在一起,充分考虑了12-15岁年龄段学生的心理和生理特点,照顾到了知识性,趣味性和运用性诸方面。突出了学生主体性,兼顾了个别差异,发展了学习策略。单元带领学生了解了一些有关地球污染,动物濒危等问题,并且教给大家如何保护濒危动物,如何通过回收利用等方式来保护地球。重点在这些语境中复习正在进行时、现在完成时和被动语态等。

四、教学改进方面主要表现为:1、多媒体教学课件质量有所提高,多媒体教学的方法也有所改进。多媒体教学结合案例教学、教师的讲解,教学内容充实,激发学生的积极性,课堂气氛活跃。比如开头播放的《地球之歌》深深地吸引了学生,杰克逊的双手紧紧抓住了最后一棵树,也紧紧地抓住了孩子们的心。2、教师的备课充分,上课态度认真而不失活泼,受到了学生的好评。3、教学方式灵活,教学效果也较好。
4、小组合作明显,培养了学生的合作与竞争意识。五、存在的主要问题:1、部分教师缺乏教学实例应用,建议增加教学信息量。注意增加与学生沟通,应多让学生参与讨论。2、小组讨论的实效性不够,而且没有留足够的时间让每一个小组都有时间发言。
3、写作的时间明显不够用了,学生草草了事,教师也匆忙结尾。
六、改进措施:1、进行教学总结与交流。开展教学经验交流教研活动,组织教师相互听课学习,推广优秀教学经验。2、针对存在的问题,制定相应措施,及时进行整改。3、时刻关注课堂教学状态和教师教学质量状态,及时传递教学信息,促进教学水平的不断提高。
4、应大胆放手给学生,让学生积极发挥小组合作学习,以及小组交流,注重让“生教生”,效果更显著。

教学反思
本节课从听说读写四个方面来探讨环境破坏及环境保护的问题。从Earth Song 引出今天的新课,调动学生的积极性。然后通过听前热身,让学生谈论熟悉的筵宾河,然后再听录音,充分的信息输入可以帮助学生信息输出,最后引导到了分角色做对话。然后进行小组讨论,让学生分析一下临沂的环境变化,为什么变化了, 应该怎么做。整节课通过音乐视频,听力,小组活动,写作等手段,调动学生的学习积极性,让学生对所学知识能有一个全面的练习,课堂气氛活跃,发言积极,能结合现实来学习,通过本节课学习,学生们了解了污染以及污染带来的危害,以及保护动物的必要性。学完本课后,学生们要积极行动起来,为保护环境,保护动物做贡献。

义务教育阶段英语课程的任务是:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想像能力和创新精神;帮助学生了解世界以及中外文化的差异,拓展视野,培养爱国主义精神,形成健康的人生观,为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。
《新课程标准》中的六条基本理念是根据《基础教育课程改革纲要》的精神,结合我国英语课程的实际情况提出来的,是我们英语教学的根本理念。
理念1:“面向全体学生,注重素质教育。英语课程要面向全体学生,注重素质教育。课程特别强调要关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力,提高人文素养,增强实践能力,培养创新精神。”
面向全体学生的核心思想是使每一个学生都得到发展。英语课程应该是为每一个学生开设的。因此我们设计的教学目标就应该是绝大多数学生能够达到的,当然我们也应该积极的创造条件,满足那些有更多学习潜力的学生的需要。同时在这一理念中必须注重素质教育,我们英语教育也因该促进学生素质的全面发展,提高学生的人文素养,增强实践能力和创新精神。因此,我们不仅要培养学生的语言能力,让学生在语言的学习过程中体验语言的美,而且要培养学生的思维能力,想象能力和创新能力,还要渗透情感教育。
理念2:“整体设计目标,体现灵活开放。基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础,培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《标准》),将课程目标设定为九个级别并以学生"能够做某事"具体描述各级别的要求,这种设计旨在体现基础教育阶段学生能力发展循序渐进的过程和课程要求的有机衔接,保证国家英语课程标准的整体性、灵活性和开放性。”
整体设计目标贯穿小学三年级至高中三年级英语课程的九级目标体系。这个目标体系是基础教育阶段的英语课程成为一个整体,不仅有利于不同学段之间英语课程的衔接问题,也有利于学生根据自己的需要进行选择性的学习。
理念3:“突出学生主体,尊重个体差异。学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。英语课程在目标设定。教学过程、课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都突出以学生为主体的思想。课程实施应成为学生在教师指导下构建知识、提高技能、磨砺意志、活跃思维、展现个性、发展心智和拓展视野的过程。”
我们的英语教学要始终使学生发挥主体作用,要以学生为中心,要根据学生的心理特点、生理特点,以及他们的兴趣、爱好来设计教学内容,也就是说我们教师的备课要以学生为中心,而不是以教授内容为主。我们在教学中往往会出现这样的现象或误解:我的备课内容讲完了就是完成任务了,不管学生的状况。还有老师认为有效教学就是教的有效,而不考虑学生的接受如何。这一理念要求我们要以学生的需要为依据。尊重学生的个体差异就是只要充分考虑到学生在现有基础、学习潜能、兴趣爱好、学习风格等方面的差异。 我们不能用统一的标准来要求每个学生,也不能强迫学生学习单一的学习材料,我们要尽可能满足不同学生的学习需要。我们在设计检测练习、布置作业时都应该考虑学生的不同水平,可以设计分层作业、分层练习,让每一个学生都能体验成功的快乐,不同水平的学生能力得到不同程度的提高。
理念4:采用活动途径,倡导体验参与。本课程倡导任务型的教学模式,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。
