教材分析 本单元是《沪教版牛津英语》五年级下册第三模块Module3 Things we do中Unit8 Buying clothes 要求学生能够通过学习,能够用简短的语句询问和描述对某物的偏爱和优先选择,进一步可以了解同学儿童节派对上想穿的服装,并能写几句话介绍自己为同学设计的服装。
学情分析 五年级的学生,已经有了一定的英语基础,他们身上既有活泼好动的特点,又有一定的知识积累,大部分学生对英语学习表现出浓厚的兴趣,学习能力有所提升,他们愿意开口表达,但在口语表达方面有待提高,存在发音不准确和语法错误等情况。

单元教 学目标 一、知识与技能: 1.能够在语境中掌握本单元的核心词汇 2.能用which (pair of)... do you like, the... one or the... One 询问别人喜欢哪件东西。 3.能正确读出字母组合ou, ow在单词中的发音,并能迁移运用到其他含有相关字母组合的单词拼读中。 4.能准确表达自己对某物的偏爱和优先选择。 5.通过故事阅读,能读懂做人不应该爱慕虚荣,应该诚实的道理。 6.了解世界各国的传统服装文化。 二、方法与策略: 1.通过图片,视频,多媒体课件等形式,帮助学生学习本单元核心知识。 2.通过听、说、读、角色扮演等方式,将核心语言知识点放在情境中学习,不断巩固操练。 3。创设购物情景,学生分组活动,改编对话,进一步拓展运用本单元核心句型,最终促进其语用功能的发展。 三、情感态度: 通过学习,能够明白“做人不应该爱慕虚荣,应该诚实的道理”

教学目标 通过阅读故事《皇帝的新装》,帮助学生进一步巩固新学语言知识,培养阅读技能。 帮助学生学习字母组合ou ow 在单词中的发音。 通过学习任务(Task),帮助学生巩固和综合运用本单元所学的知识和技能,了解同学喜欢的衣服,并可以介绍自己为同学设计的服装。 通过故事学习,使学生懂得“做人不应该爱慕虚荣,而应该诚实”的道理。
教学重点 词汇:Only, smile, money, keep, laugh, put ...on, keep ,quiet, have a look, 语音: ou (mouse), ow(owl)
教学难点 How to help the Ss consolidate the grammer language . How to improve the students’ speaking ability.
教学策略 任务教学法、多媒体演示法
教学过程 Step1.Warm-up Greetings. Sing a song about the clothes. Speak out the class slogan. To do the most ,to show the best. (设计意图:通过鼓励性的语言,呼喊班级口号能够激发学生的学习动力,促使他们更加努力地投入到学习中去.) Step2. Review 1. Show the pictures of “Listen and say”. Answer the questions. T:What do they want to buy Ss: Kitty wants to buy a dress .Ben wants to buy a pair of trousers. T: Which dress does Kitty like, the blue one or the pink one S1: She likes both of them. T: Which pair of trousers does Ben like,the white one or the brown one S2: He likes the brown one. 2.Let the Ss read the dialogue together. (设计意图: 重温上一课时的内容,帮助学生巩固对话内容,进而熟练核心语句的运用.) Step 3 :Presentation Show the pictures of the story and show the questions by the CAI. Guide the Ss to read the story with the questions. (1)Who likes beautiful clothes (2) Which shirt does the emperor like (3) What does the man say about the magic clothes (4) Are there any clothes in the box (5) Can people see the emperor’s new clothes (6) Who is telling the truth 引导学生以组讨论以上问题,帮助学生理解生词emperor nod smile keep money laugh,以及短语have a look ,put on 等词的含义。 Play the recorder,let the Ss read the dialogue after the recorder in different ways. Guide the Ss to act out the story. Help the Ss to consolidate the key sentences. Let the Ss think the moral of the story. 总结: 做人要诚实,不要爱慕虚荣. Show the sounds. Guide the Ss to learn the sounds. T: Look at the CAI. What animals can you see Ss: mouse T: Yes. It’s a mouse. “ou”,its pronunciation is /au/. Ss: /au/ /au/ /au/ T: What’s the mouse doing Ss: It’s bowing a cow. T: Bow . “ow” its pronunciation is /au/. Ss: /au/ /au/ /au/ ... Let the Ss read the chant after the recorder and consolidate the sounds. Step 4: Activities Show some pictures of the clothes. Let the Ss play the part of the emperor and the man. Make a dialogue and act it out. (Ask the Ss to use the sentence-----Which (pair of) ...do you like,the ... One or the ...one I like the ...one.)
