Sample writing
Overall, I think I have healthy eating habits. As for the things that I am doing right, I am eating different healthy foods and trying to eat fresh food as much as possible. I rarely consume sweet foods and processed food, let alone junk food.
However, I do have some bad eating habits. For example, rice and bread are healthy, but eating too much can cause me to gain weight and feel tired. So I should be care careful with how much I consume. The same goes for the pancakes I buy on the street. They are delicious, but they are by no means healthy. In addition, I sometimes find myself too busy and forget to eat or eat too fast, which results in poor health. Still, I should improve my bad eating habits by always taking the time to eat slowly, even if I’m busy.
To sum up, I now better understand how to eat more healthily and improve my food choices. I hold the firm belief that healthy eating starts with having a healthy attitude towards food.
