This lesson is the first period of Unit7 Section B. It is from Pepole’s Education Press. This lesson focused on the topic of talking about people’s life in the past, now and in the future. This is an important lesson. From this lesson, it reviews Present Tense, Past Tense and learns Simple Future Tense. To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The topic is close to daily life, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve students’ communicative and listening abilities.Teaching AimsKnowledge aims
a. Enable the students to master the following new words and phrases: apartment, space, astronaut, space station, rocket, computer programmer.
b. Get the students to master the three different kinds of tenses.
2) Ability aims
a. To develop the students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
b. To train the students’ abilities of studying by themselves and cooperating.
c. To develop the students’ abilities of communication by learning the useful structures.
3) Moral aim: By finishing the tasks, the students learn to share and cooperate with others.
