Part 1 Teaching Material Anaysis
1. Status and effect(地位和作用)
Section B (1a-1e).是unit7的第三课,该课时是听说拓展模块,而在sectionA部分学生已学习了一般将来时。此听力材料分现在、过去和将来三段,旨在让学生复习一般过去时,和一般现在时,并通过对比方式进一步学习一般将来时的使用。同时将section A部分”谈论未来的世界“的话题拓展到“谈论个人的未来生活”的话题。同时为后边的学习做铺垫。因此,本课时起到承上启下的作用,在本单元的教学中有重要的地位。

设计意图:在听之前,让学生对三幅图进行预测,知道描述的是现在过去和将来的生活。那么学生在听听力时,有针对性,能准确的听懂文章大意。同时让学生逐步掌握抓general idea的听力技巧。

方法和设计意图:1.先看备选单词和例句。了解到谈论过去、现在和将来的职业交通方式和居住场所。
2.听前试填,在听中核对答案。然后齐读句子。感受目标语言,同时为1e做准备。
3.让学生跟读录音,体会重音,不完全爆破等朗读技巧。

设计意图:在前面听力的基础上深挖文章内容,更全面的的把握听力课文,以便于帮助学生加深对课文的理解,利于掌握 一般过去时,一般现在时和一般讲来时。同时提高学生精听的能力。
Step:Ⅳ Speaking(11minutes)
1.make up a conversation(Ⅰ) :方法:根据1c,1d听力内容Student A is Alexis and Student B is Joe. Talk about Joe's life now,10 years ago and in 10 years.两人一组编对话,请几组学生展示对话。

设计意图:该步骤与1e的口语活动不同,学生不再假设自己是对话人物,而是作为第三者转述,概括听力信息,并以小语段形式输出,从而充分理解和掌握三种时态的用法。

根据自己现在、过去及未来的设想,用三种时态编一组对话。
