课标指导 英语课程围绕核心素养确定课程目标,内容的选取遵循培根铸魂、启智增慧的原则,落实立德树人根本任务。秉持在体验中学习,在实践中运用、在迁移中创新的学习理念。通过学习逐步形成适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的正确价值观、必备品格和关键能力。本单元以“Open Day”(开放日)为主题,旨在通过制定学校开放日的活动计划,让学生积极参与学校活动,从而培养主人翁意识。
教材分析 本单元是《沪教版小学英语》小学五年级下册第三个模块Module 3 Things we do中第一个单元Unit 7 Open Day其教学内容主要是围绕学校开放日活动安排的对话而展开的,语言相对简单,重点突出,非常贴近学生的学习生活。
学情分析 五年级学生已步入小学高年级,他们身上既有活泼好动,喜欢有趣活动的特点,又已经从简单的课堂游戏感兴趣逐步深化为对英语本身及挑战思维的任务型活动感兴趣,学习的目的更加明确,喜欢将所学的语言运用到生活情境中。

单元教学目标 1.能在语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇。2.能用 First, ...Next, ... Then ... After that, ... Finally, ...描述事件发生的先后顺序。3.能正确读出字母组合air, are, ear在单词中的发音,并能迁移运用到其他含有相关字母组合的单词拼读中。4.初步了解英国学校的家长会。5.制定学校开放日的活动计划,积极参与学校活动,培养主人翁意识。
单元教学重难点 教学重点: 词汇:meet,school gate, art room, hall, finally, meeting room, show 句型: First, ... Next, ... Then ... After that, ... Finally, ...了解字母组合air, are, ear 在单词中的发音。教学难点:正确使用First,... Next, ... Then ... After that, ... Finaly, ..描述事件发生的先后顺序。

教学目标 1.通过Look and read的短文阅读,帮助学生进一步理解核心词汇和句型,培养阅读技能。2.通过后续练习,让学生运用核心词汇和句型,介绍学校开放日的活动安排。

教学难点 正确使用First,... Next, ... Then ... After that, ... Finaly, ..描述事件发生的先后顺序。
