What color of wearing do you like Do you know “dopamine dressing (多巴胺穿搭)” It’s one of the most talked about fashion trends (时尚趋势) for 2023. However, is there any science behind this
“Dopamine dressing” came out from the book Dress Your Best Life. American fashion psychologist (心理学家) Dawnn Karen wrote this book in 2020. In the book, dopamine dressing is about wearing colorful clothing to get more dopamine.
Dopamine is a chemical in our brain. This kind of chemical makes people feel good. Our brain gives it out when we eat delicious food, play with our pets, listen to our favorite songs, after we exercise or when we win a game.
According to Science Focus Magazine, there are studies that show a relationship between the colors of the clothes we wear and how we act and feel. One study found that wearing red can bring better physical performance. One more study showed that wearing green can help people relax because it is the color of nature. Yellow, the color of summer and warmth, can bring people happiness. But there are some problems with these studies, as people from different cultures have different ideas about dressing and colors.
In a word, “dopamine dressing” shows that we can wear colorful clothes to get more dopamine and feel good. Dressing is more than just a trend. It’s also a way of showing ourselves. So, next time you’re getting dressed, think about which colors will bring out your best self.

In recent years, we often see people wearing Hanfu on the street. At first, I thought these Hanfu fans, especially those who wore the clothing regularly, were a bit strange. After an interview with the promoter (推广者), Wang Tianjiao, I started to step into its world. Hanfu is the traditional clothing of the Han people who lived in China before the Qing Dynasty. It has been around for about 4, 000 years and changed greatly across different dynasties.
And now quite a few Hanfu clubs have been set up in universities. Members usually wear Hanfu at their graduation ceremonies or during holidays. Some even wear Hanfu on regular days, too. And these fans created a special day—China Hanfu Day to celebrate traditional Chinese clothing. It falls on the third day of the third month in Chinese lunar calendar (阴历). Wang believes in what she loves. She wears Hanfu in public and takes photos dressed in it for Sina Weibo so that other people can learn about it. She told me,“The return of Hanfu is not about turning back the clock, but about passing down our culture. ”

(2024·江苏常州·一模)
Airships were popular in the early 1900s. These aircraft can fly because they are filled with lighter-than-air gases. Each of them has a frame and a cabin (机舱) below the main body. Pilots and passengers are carried in this cabin.
Back in the 1900s, most airships were filled with hydrogen (氢气). The gas burns easily. In 1937, an airship called the Hindenburg caught fire during landing. Thirty-six people died as a result. The sad thing scared people away from airships. At that time, planes were improving quickly. Since then, people have been using planes for most air travel.
Now, an American company called Lighter Than Air (LTA) Research wants to change that. LTA has been working on its airship, Pathfinder 1, for about ten years.
The new airship, about 122 meters long, is the largest of its kind since the 1930s. It uses helium (氮气). This gas is also lighter than air but does not burn. The helium fills 13 separate parts of the airship. About 10,000 long carbon fiber tubes (碳纤维管) make up a strong frame to protect these parts. The airship is powered by 12 electric motors. The electricity comes from either batteries or generators (发电机). With these motors, the airship can take off and land without a runway.
Pathfinder 1 can carry about 4 tons of goods. It can fly at speeds of up to 120 kilometers per hour. Last November, the airship made its first test flights in California. In time, LTA hopes to show that their airships can be used to move goods quickly without polluting the air.
28.What does the underlined word “that” in Paragraph 3 refer to
A.Planes were improving quickly after the airship had a crash.
B.People preferred to travel by plane rather than by airship for safety.
C.LTA has been working on its airship for about ten years.
D.Airships were uncomfortable and not big enough for pilots and passengers to stay in.
29.How does the author describe the new airship in Paragraph 4
A.By listing numbers. B.By giving examples.
C.By raising questions. D.By making comparisons.
30.Which of the following statements about Pathfinder 1 is NOT true
A.The airship can take off and land without a runway.
B.The airship is much safer because the gas hydrogen doesn’t burn.
C.The airship can carry plenty of goods and can fly at high speed.
D.The airship is much more environmentally friendly.
31.How does LTA feel about the future of Pathfinder 1
A.Worried. B.Doubtful. C.Uncertain. D.Confident.

In 1972, Richard Sears, a young American began learning Chinese because of his interest in traditional Chinese culture. He was drawn to the ancient language so much that he went to China to study Chinese in the 1990s.
In 1994, Richard Sears decided to put the ancient Chinese characters online. Then, in 2002, he did it. That is the beginning of the Chinese Etymology (汉字字源) website. “My website did not get much attention during the first few years. Until one day in 2011, it suddenly got a lot of attention.

D.The airship is much more environmentally friendly.
