教师引导学生看教材上Let’s try部分的内容,播放录音,学生带着问题听录音,选择正确案。
①Sarah’s mother can/can’t come today.
②Her father is a doctor/teacher/taxi driver.

1.学生通读预习,了解大体意思。
2.师生互译,精读文本内容,对难点单词及句子进行标注。

1.播放A. Let’s talk的视频,每句后暂停,全班跟读。
2.播放A. Let’s talk的视频,将声音关闭,全班分成两组为视频配音。
3.What does your father/mother do
(1)告诉学生:可以通过给动词加er的方式来得到一些表示职业的单词。教师板书:clean- sing- write- dance-2·1·c·n·j·y
让学生写写这些动词相对应的职业词,然后请一些学生说出是怎么变的,同时说说它们的意思,教师将板书补充成:www-2-1-cnjy-com

(2)学生四人一组互相询问父母的职业,如:

活动:排卡片
活动方式:学生两人一组各持一套职业卡片 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )和家庭成员卡片,背靠背坐好,学生甲先把自己的家庭成员和职业卡片一一对应好,然后学生乙提问学生甲,如:“What does your mother do ”甲学生回答:She's a…学生乙则根据对方的回答排列自己的卡片。活动结束后,甲乙两人卡片的摆放顺序应该是一样的.
