教 学 设 计
Step I: Warming up
Share a picture with the students to lead in the key word of the topic in this period: journalist.
设计意图:借助明星被采访的图片直接导入本课的关键词:记者。
Step II: Pre-reading
1. Ask the students two questions:
1) What does a journalist usually do?
2) What qualities are needed to be a good journalist?
2. Guess the key word “unforgettable” in the title.
设计意图:迅速引导学生思考本课的两条主线:新闻采访的基本流程和优秀记者的素质, 为下一环节的阅读做准备。引导学生结合语境猜测题目中的关键词, 旨在培养学生预测文章主题、把握中心的能力。
Step III:While – reading
1. Skimming
Skim the passage to find the questions Zhou Yang asks.
设计意图:快速通读全文,把握文章主旨大意。着重培养学生快速了解文章大意的能力。
2. Scanning
1) Scan line 1-15 to answer the first two questions.
2) Scan line 16-29 to answer the next four questions.
3) Scan line 30- 41 to answer the last question.
设计意图:通过分段细读培养学生把握事实细节的能力,所设题目均围绕文章的两条主线,旨在培养学生在把握事实细节的同时理清文章脉络,把握整体的能力。
Step IV: Post-reading (Group work)
Some journalists are wanted in Yimeng Daily and you want to apply for the position. Now you are the interviewee, and the others in your group are interviewers, make an interview together.
设计意图:在文章脉络及足够的事实细节输入之后,本活动为读后的输出部分。旨在引导学生回顾本课重点;同时对本课内容进行内化、拓展,以提高学生的语言运用能力。文章脉络框架的呈现有助于不同层次学生能力的提高,充分尊重了学生的个体差异。
Step V: Homework
Go to interview Sun Yang who got the silver medal in swimming on September 22, 2014 and write an article for Yimeng Daily.
设计意图:作业是课堂设计的延续和拓展,紧密结合本课所学内容,旨在培养学生学以致用的能力。
