《课程标准解读》
词汇又称语汇,是一种语言中所有词和词组的总和。词是语言的构建材料,也是最小的能够独立运用的语言单位。词汇的任何词语都是通过一定的句法关系和语义关系与其他词语建立一定联系的,并在语境中传递信息。学习词汇不只是记忆词的音,形,义,更重要的是在语篇中,通过听说读看等语言活动,理解和表达与各种主题相关的信息或观点。
学生在义务教育阶段已经掌握了1500-1600个常用单词和一定数量的短语,对于词的音形义三者之间的关系有了初步的认识。高中阶段的词汇教学住了引导学生更深入地理解和更广泛地运用已学词汇外,重点是在语境中培养学生的词块意识,并通过广泛阅读,进一步扩大词汇量,提高运用准确理解和确切表达意义的能力。

《课程标准解读》
新课标把语言应用能力作为英语教育的重要目标,确定了“愉快高效地进行外语交际”为学生的主要任务。在此基础上,新课标提出了“强调语言的学习与应用、强化语篇意义的交际功能”的具体指导,更加重视学生的语用能力的培养。
这一指导思想的贯彻执行使得口语与听力的重要性逐渐体现,而英语词汇教学也要更加注重因应实际情境进行培养。同时,新课标也强調以“情境语言教学”为主,尝试创造出有趣、生动的教学环境,以刺激学生的学习兴趣与积极性。

《课程标准解读》
新课程标准要求学生可以较好地阅读英文文本,包括文体和内容,掌握其背后的文化知识并理解其主要思想。新课标的要求是英语阅读不仅仅是技能的练习,而是关于理解和应用的高级能力训练,要求学生利用阅读技巧主动理解文本的内在逻辑,获取信息的快速准确性,能够深入理解文章的内容,以及丰富的语言表达能力。
教学目标满足四个层面:
语言能力:阅读游记,理解并能欣赏游记中常用的叙述方法以及语篇特点;能够模仿课文,结合国家公园主题,有条理地介绍旅游景点并说明理由。
