一、教材分析
本单元主要围绕谈论自己的未来以及为了实现梦想要做出的努力来展开话题，通过本单元的学习，可以使学生了解不同职业的特点，根据自身优势畅想未来,并且为了实现理想而努力奋斗。在学习过程中，让学生能够根据自己的优势和特长，勇敢地用英语表达自己的梦想，对别人的梦想提出合理的建议，为实现自己的梦想克服困难，努力奋斗。
Lesson 26 主要是让学生谈论自己未来的职业，了解现实与梦想之间的距离，培养学生为了实现自己的梦想而努力奋斗的精神。
1.教学重点：谈论未来的职业以及如何实现梦想。
2.教学难点：如何引导学生准确描述自己感兴趣的话题。
二、教学目标：

Step 1 Talking :（about 5 min）
Get the Ss to think about the questions and talk in class:
What would you like to be in the future? Why?

Step 2 Presentation: ( about 6 min )
Show some pictures and teach the new words, help the students to answer the questions and understand the meanings.

Step 3 Listening（about 3 min）
Play the tape, get the students to listen and write true or false.
After listening, check the answers . Make sure that the students can understand.

Step 4 Reading（about 10 min）
Get the students to read the text and write down the answers to the questions.
After reading, check the answers. Make sure that the students can understand.

Step 5 Talking (about 6 min )
Ask: Would you like to be a pilot in the future?
