whom 是who 的宾格形式, 作动词或介词的宾语在口语或非正式用法中, whom往往可以被who代替。

It would be somebody who I like very much.

who引导定语从句, 修饰somebody。
如果先行词是anyone, anybody, everyone, everybody, someone, somebody, 关系代词应该用who或whom, 不用that.
