Period 6 Assessing your progress & Project
教材分析

2. Work on Activity 1. Complete the sentences with the correct forms of the words in the box.
设计意图：通过活动1引导学生检测自己对本单元生词的掌握情况。
3. Work on Activity 2. What do you know about Sun Yat-sen Read the passage, and then fill in the blanks with relative pronouns or adverbs.
4. Think of the questions based on the passage.
设计意图：巩固本单元语法知识。
Step 2 Reflecting
Work on Activity 3. Answer the questions based on what you have learned in this unit.
设计意图：引导学生回顾本单元内容，能够运用所学知识表达看法。
Step 3 Project
Project: Prepare a book report
1. Discuss these questions in groups.
2. Read the biographies below and think of the questions.
3. Choose a biography or autobiography of a great person. Read the book, and then write a book report. Keep these points in mind.
设计意图：引导学生运用本单元所学知识，并参照范例，进行整合，完成读书报告。
Step 4 Assignment
Present your book report to your group. Answer any questions about the book.
