通知
秘籍：书面通知一般由标题、正文、落款组成，而口头通知主要包括称呼和正文。因此写作时，应先分清是哪种类型的通知。
第一步，明确是口头通知还是书面通知；
第二步，具体阐明通知的内容(时间、地点、事件等)；
第三步，提醒注意，要求参加。具体思路如下：
通知包含三个部分标题、正文(事件、时间、地点、参加人员、参与方式和注意事项等)和落款(发布方和发布日期)三部分。
1. 标题(subject line)：通常用notice，或用所通知事宜的具体内容作为标题。为了醒目起见，标题的每个字母用大写NOTICE，标题写在正文上方的居中处。
2. 正文(text)：写明所举行的活动、时间、地点、有关注意事项等内容。布置工作的通知要把工作内容和要求写清楚。被通知的单位或人一般用第三人称；如果带有称呼语，则用第二人称表示被通知的对象，涉及要求或注意事项时，也常用第二人称表示被通知的对象(祈使句中常常省略)。
3. 落款(signature of sponsor)：写明通知的日期和单位名称或人名。发出通知的人或单位的名称，一般写在正文后面的右下角；发出通知的时间要写在正文的左或右下角，也可按书信格式写正文的右上角。口头通知形式简单，无需通知时间和发出通知的单位，直接进行叙述。
