一、教材分析
1. 单元及课文分析
本单元围绕“自己”展开话题，通过让人不断地发现自己的特长与特点，从而更加自信。本课讲述了一个叫Cathy的女孩克服心理的畏惧勇敢地面对自己，成功站上舞台的故事。
2. 教学重点
a. 听出并理解Cathy’s dream，学习重点单词与短语。
b. 宾语补足语。
3. 教学难点：宾语补足语的理解与熟练应用。

a.听出并会读会写单词：program, confident, voice, heart, beat, herself
b.短语：enough to do It’s one’ s turn to do
c.语法：宾语补足语
2.能力目标：能用英语表达自己的梦想。

Step II New Concepts （30分钟）
1. New Words
a. pictures and words (给新单词一个语境)
b.以连连看的形式，检测学生是不是对单词有了一个基本的认读和理解。本课单词有些多，所以采用了这种简单的形式。
2. Listening

你有什么爱好，有什么样的梦想，你认为你的梦想会实现吗，请把它写出来，不少于60词。
【设计思路】 各小组以手抄报的形式，记录每个小组成员的梦想，老师会帮他们珍藏起来，成为以后鼓励他们实现梦想的工具。

这里turn是名词，表示次序。
轮到某人做某事:___________________________

well done表示对某人做事的称赞.句中make表示能做成.
5. Would I sound good? 我听起来会不错吗？ sound做动词时，表示听起来，是系动词，后跟形容词。
