Lesson 3: Getting to Know You!
教材分析
本单元主要围绕“介绍人物”展开话题。教材为学生创设了各种人物介绍、认识新朋友、了解他人的情境。帮助学生用英语进行交际、了解他人。从而增强学生对英语的学习兴趣、交际能力,以及对友谊的珍惜。
教学目标
1.语言技能:能用自己的语言介绍自己以及他人。
2.掌握一些基本词汇的用法:
hate, either, glad, comb, pizza, lemon
3.教学重点,难点:
掌握以下句型:
What do you like/hate?
go ahead
play the violin
4.情感态度:
⑴ 激发学生热爱交际、热爱交朋友。
⑵ 激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

多媒体、听力音频、彩纸
四.教学步骤:
Step I Lead in

Step II New concepts
1. Show some pictures to show the new words and phrases:
pizza, lemon, comb, hate, play the violin, …
(设计思路:通过图片以轻松愉快的方式进入英语学习,教师要带 动学生。)
2. Listen to Danny’s report and circle the words.
让学生通过听录音进行选择,录音听两遍,之后找几位学生进行回答。(设计思路:锻炼学生的听力,对课文内容进行初步了解)
3. Read the lesson and answer the questions.
学生默读课文,并且找出问题的答案。
(设计思路:练习学生的阅读理解能力,默读课文并根据问题在课文中找答案,捕捉相关信息,对课文加深了解。)
4. Read in roles.
学生大声朗读课文并展示。
(设计思路:纠正学生的发音,锻炼学生朗读的能力,对课文再次熟悉。)
5. Role play.
学生分角色表演课文中的对话。
(设计思路:学生再次深入课文,并用自己的语言演绎出文中对话,
体现了从输入到输出的过程。)
6. Make a chart.
由学生总结出了解别人时可以问哪些问题。
(设计思路:锻炼学生的总结、概括能力和发散思维)
7. Make up a new dialogue.
学生编出新情境、新对话。
(设计思路:在实践中运用本课重点,锻炼学生说的能力。)
8. Let’s show.
小组活动展示本组特色,欢迎新同学加入到本组中。先组内讨论,再把讨论内容写到彩纸上,做成海报,展示之后进行张贴。
(设计思路:通过情境,调动学生的积极性。学生可以运用本节课所学短语、句型,实现语言从输入到输出,锻炼学生的写作能力,并激发学生热爱集体的情怀。)
Step III Homework
让学生了解父母,感恩父母。
(设计思路:学生可以运用本节课所学短语、句型,实现语言从输入到输出;还可以更多地了解父母,与父母沟通,促进亲子关系。)
五. 教学反思:
本课取得了很好的教学效果,课堂气氛活跃,得到了学生的一致好评。经过反思,我认为本课具有如下特点:
1.图片生动形象,可以帮助学生形象记忆、理解。适时地进行语言鼓励和表扬,激发学生的学习兴趣。
2.本节课充分锻炼了学生听、说、读、写等能力。
3.充分调动了学生的积极性,让每一个学生都加入到课堂活动中来,成为课堂活动的主体,充分调动每个学生学习英语的积极性,不让一个学生掉队。
4.通过猜孩子的兴趣爱好来展示出部分重点单词、短语、句型的设计较单调,可以多选一些大家感兴趣的人物;在有些同学猜出正确答案之后给一些小奖励更能激发学生的兴趣。
