No one can tell me,
Nobody knows,
Where the wind comes from,
Where the wind goes.
It's flying from somewhere
As fast as it can,
I couldn't keep up with it,
Not if I ran.
But if I stopped holding
The string of my kite,
It would blow with the wind
For a day and a night.
And then when I found it,
Wherever it blew,
I should know that the wind
Had been going there too.

Where the wind goes ...

Let’s get familiar with some Rhetorical Divices(修辞手法)
Alliteration: repetition of a sound or letter at the start of multiple words in a sentence.
Antithesis: two opposites used for contrasting efect.
Rhetoric / Rhetorical question: asked to make a point rather than to expect an answer.
Metaphor: comparing one thing to another .

Simile: comparing one thing to another, using“like”.
Refrain: repeating a line or verse at the end of a stanza or at regular intervals.
Personification: A personification of something abstract is its representation in the form of a person.
Repetition：using the same words again.

Write your own poem
When you want to express your feelings, or you want to tell somebody something, you can write a poem.
Writing a poem is not as difficult as you may think. Maybe you are not able to write a great one, but you can write a unique one.
Of the five forms of English poems, we are going to write a List Poem.
List poem
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Features of list poems:
easy to write
repeated phrases
some rhyme while others do not

Write the poem in this pattern
One possible version
If I were you,
I would rather stay at home,
I would finish the work myself,

I would wake the world with my cry,
I would dance every morning,
