本节课的课堂教学教学设计
本节英语课在设计上主要采用建构式互动教学模式,突出以学生为中心,通过小组互动、组际交流、师生互动等方式来构筑课堂主体结构的教学模式。其主要目的是通过在课堂教学中让学生积极参与,一方面为学生提供更多的锻炼机会,提高学生的积极性、主动性,发挥其潜力;另一方面,为学生提供更多的展示和合作机会,培养学生的群体意识和组织能力,从而使课堂教学不仅传授给学生知识,同时具有培养满足社会需求的人才的功能。在整堂课的互动教学过程中,教师与学生、学生与学生、教师与课程、学生与课程、教师与环境、学生与环境等之间都存在信息交流和相互作用,因而使整个课堂教学呈现出组织性、非确定性,成为一个复杂的、非线性的开放系统。本节英语作文课堂教学注重各种因素和资源的交流和互动,就有可能避免说教、空乏,从而充分实现趣味性、主体性、开放性、实践性和实效性的有机统一,努力转变教师厌教、学生厌学的不良状况。
本节课的课堂设计,重点是以学生为中心展开,让学生做课前、课中和课后的主人。课前让学生提前查阅申请信的基本格式,并两人一组进行招聘模拟。假设一位同学为某学校的校长,另一位同学是刚毕业的大学毕业生。让“校长”首先设计一张招聘老师的广告,另外一名学生作为刚毕业的大学生去模拟应聘。课堂教学活动设计,老师要准备好多媒体课件,投影仪,提前做好学案,对整堂课的活动有清晰地设计。正确地进行作文课堂教学设计,使教师与学生在英语作文教学过程中处于和谐的互动状态,寻求教与学在英语作文教学过程中达到最大程度的参与,整节课包括学生的单词掌握检查都采用了学生检查学生的小组合作的方式进行。其次,让学生走上讲台,讲评本组内所选出的优秀作文,学生即是也是老师,教师的作用仅仅起到指挥棒的作用。整堂课最大限度地体现出“建构式教学互动”的思想。
