教材分析
本课是一节以“fun places”话题为核心的写作课。在前面听说读的基础上,让学生写自己的家乡或者曾经旅游过的某个地方。通过学习本课时3a到3b的活动,由易到难,循序渐进,让学生能使用3b中的句型结构表达书写正确的句子。Self check检测学生对本单元重点语言结构表意功能和语法形式的掌握,既训练了学生的能力,也发散了学生的思维。
学情分析
学生已在前面的课时中,学习了有关博物馆、风景名胜和新加坡的语篇材料,了解了如何介绍某地的地理位置、人口语言、美食、名胜、气候等,学习了相关语言,如have been to, You won’t have trouble doing...等。此外学生对自己的家乡情况较熟悉,在写作时,有话可说,有情可诉。

语言能力:能够围绕“fun places”的话题,通过看、读、说等活动搜集、理解所需要的语言基础信息;能够正确使用包括现在完成时在内的多种时态描述自己的家乡或曾去过的地方; 学习能力:能够通过多种渠道学习和复习,保持英语学习兴趣;认识了以读促写的写作模式并尝试进行写作。 思维品质:能够在老师的帮助下,通过学习,多层次、多角度、多元化地内化有关“家乡和曾去过地方”的语言知识;在写作中,注意到语篇的整体性、结构性、逻辑性; 文化意识:能够进一步了解自己的家乡,表达对家乡的情感;树立主动探索美丽世界的意识和积极的人生观和生活态度;
